Atualmente, estamos a recrutar para Customer Service (M/F) para prestigiada empresa nossa cliente, de referência no seu setor de atividade.
Funções.
-Call center -Gestão de pedidos -Gestão notas de crédito e de encomendas devolvidas -Gestão de clientes -Processar os pedidos de vendas no sistema e agilizar os pedidos -Gestão de documentos e informações de clientes -Coordenar pedidos de devolução e emitir de notas de crédito -Gestão da comunicação interna e externa através de chamadas e e-mails -Gestão de reclamações Requisitos.
- Experiência em contact center (Obrigatório); - Português fluente (Obrigatório); -Fluência em inglês e espanhol -Conhecimentos de outro idioma europeu Horário.
De segunda à sexta-feira entre as 09h e as 18h.
