DESCRIÇÃO DA FUNÇÃO.
• Apoio e atendimento ao cliente • Fornecimento de informações e esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas com os produtos, timings e procedimentos • Gestão do processo de reclamações • Apoio ao cliente com o processamento das encomendas • Apoio à equipa comercial em todos os processos administrativos com os clientes e potenciais clientes • Acompanhamento da equipa comercial, participar em apresentações, reuniões e visitas a clientes ou potenciais clientes • Controlo e intervenção junto da equipa comercial para os processos a serem executados e os prazos a cumprir • Reporting à administração COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS.
- Inglês, Francês e Espanhol - Office 365 - Orçamentação - Gestão do Cliente - Gestão de Projetos - Valorizamos o conhecimento do mercado de packaging na área cosmética COMPETÊNCIAS COMPORTAMENTAIS.
- Negociação - Foco no cliente - Comunicação clara e assertiva - Persistência - Flexibilidade - Pró atividade - Relacionamento Interpessoal - Autonomia - Resiliência Formação Académica.
- 12º ano ou superior, ou similar Experiência.
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência nas funções acima mencionadas Horário.
- Flexível (inicialmente para atendimento à necessidade do mercado europeu, nomeadamente à América do norte e do sul e Ásia) - Disponibilidade para viagens ao estrangeiro Oferecemos.
