What you'll do As a Customer Service Representative for Salt, youll provide customer service with the highest level of kindness and professionalism; Assist, by phone or email, any of the customer’s questions and concerns regarding the products, contract issues and mobile bundle; Answer to payment transactions and invoice queries; Advice on current mobile phones, as well as give technical support; Advice to existing and potential clients on tariffs and current offers; Provide recommendations on additional options and do a reliable management of customer data.
What you'll need Native or near native Italian speaker; Proficient oral and written communication in English (minimum B2 level); Excellent communication skills as a Customer Service Representative for Salt; Customer-oriented; Pro-active in promoting effective problem solving; Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
