Descrição O(a) candidato(a) selecionado(a) terá as seguintes responsabilidades.
Responsável por acompanhar e gerir os pedidos dos clientes, com a máxima qualidade, rapidez e garantindo uma estrutura de custos competitiva; Gerir o fluxo dos processos logísticos e os níveis de satisfação de cliente; Garantir que todos os processos são executados dentro dos prazos definidos; Gerir os recursos e definir prioridades por forma a garantir os níveis de serviço ao cliente; Garantir a classificação e registo das quebras.
Perfil ideal O(a) candidato(a) ideal deverá ter o seguinte perfil.
Formação académica em Logística, Gestão ou similar; Experiência profissional mínima de 4 anos em funções similares; Capacidade de análise de dados operacionais; Capacidade de comunicação, planeamento e organização; Bons conhecimentos informáticos; Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.
