Estabelecer contacto telefónico e por e-mail com clientes; Elaborar ficheiros e efetuar inserção de dados; Resolver problemas e prestar apoio ao cliente através de escuta ativa; Contribuir para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes.
Procuramos alguém com.
Experiência prévia na função, preferencialmente no setor dos transportes (valorizado); Bons conhecimentos de Inglês, falado e escrito (fator eliminatório); Competências em Excel (preferencial); Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; Organização, flexibilidade e vontade de aprender; Carta de condução e viatura própria (essencial, devido à localização).

Horário.
09h00 às 18h00 (com disponibilidade para horários entre as 08h00 e 19h00); Vencimento base.
900; Subsídio de Alimentação.
7,35/dia; Subsídio noturno e pagamento de trabalho suplementar; Contratação com início imediato.
