-Apoio administrativo ao cliente; -Abertura/ atualização de pedidos assistências técnicas; -Verificar com clientes motivos de avarias e efetuar eventual telefix(reparação remota de pequenas avarias); -Criação de orçamentos de serviço, peças e devida faturação; -Faturação de assistências técnicas de máquinas sem contratos, respeitando processos internos dos clientes(Billing Due List), -Encomendas de peças de clientes e devido follow up(Tennant e IPC)(devoluções, não conformidades e reclamações de clientes(disputes); -Criação de Sold-to, Ship-to e Equipments.
Requisitos.
- Organização; - Aprendizagem rápida; - Pro atividade e flexibilidade nas tarefas diárias; - Empatia ao telefone.
- Bons conhecimentos a inglês.
- Espírito de equipa- uma das mais importantes uma vez que vai integrar uma equipa dinâmica Oferece-se.
Condições Salariais - euros/ano - 192 euros subsidio de alimentação
