-Apoio administrativo ao cliente -Abertura/ actualização de pedidos assistências técnicas, -Verificar com clientes motivos de avarias e efetuar eventual telefix(reparação remota de pequenas avarias), -Criação de orçamentos de serviço, peças e devida faturação, -Faturação de assistências técnicas de máquinas sem contratos, respeitando processos internos dos clientes(Billing Due List), -Encomendas de peças de clientes e devido follow up(Tennant e IPC)(devoluções, não conformidades e reclamações de clientes(disputes), -Criação de Sold-to, Ship-to e equipments Requisitos.
