What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will.
Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (e.
., email, chat, phone), accurately updating CRM systems with relevant details.
Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and empathetically.
Enhance customer retention and loyalty by delivering effective resolutions and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, fostering trust and satisfaction in all customer communications.

Have experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.

Can work independently, make informed decisions, and document interactions accurately.
Have excellent problem-solving skills and can provide tailored solutions to customer concerns.
