Customer Enablement Expert Service (m/f) – Remote What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• University degree in a Business Administration or Information Technology, respectively a related field of both (or foreign degree equivalent) • Several years (+5) of working experience in IT Service Management or IT consultancy • Professional experience in MS Office (Word, Power Point, etc.) • Excellent communication and presentation skills & a high level of pro-activeness and ownership • Strong planning and organizational skills and excellent attention to detail • Experience in management of stakeholder interests • Familiar or experience with Agile/ITIL methodology • Good communication and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory (German as a plus) Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
