What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will.
Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (e.
., email, chat, phone), ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems with all relevant details.
Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.
Collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize workflows and deliver a superior customer experience.
Identify common customer challenges, provide actionable feedback on recurring issues, and proactively suggest areas for improvement in processes or policies.

Are fluent in Italian (written and spoken) and have a strong command of English for internal communication.
Have experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
Are passionate about travel and hospitality, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of travelers.
Are skilled at interpreting and applying company policies, procedures, and service guidelines to assist customers effectively.
Can work independently, make sound decisions, and document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills and can deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
