Position Summary  For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Coffee Specialist.
Reporting to CRC Team Leader, this professional will be responsible for all the front office contacts with customers for Nespresso brand.
A Day in the Life of...
Attend all type of contacts done by Nespresso Customer by voice, email or chat for both B2C or B2B business.
Welcoming customers and identifying their needs.
Advising customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
Initiating customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulating their curiosity about our complete range of products.
Conducting an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guiding customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance.
Maximizing the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).
What Will Make You Successful  One- or two-years’ Experience in Customer Facing (mandatory)  Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)  Proficiency in Swiss German / German - Mandatory Proficiency in English is an asset  Good relational and communication skills  Multitasking  Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
