Recrutamos Call Center fluente em Espanhol, para empresa localizada na zona de RioTinto, para as seguintes funções.
– Garantir o suporte aos Clientes, esclarecendo as dúvidas e realizar o seguimento dos pedidos, promovendo a sua satisfação e fidelização; – Assegurar a melhor experiência de compra na loja online, atendendo cada cliente e mercado de forma personalizada; – Responder a emails; – Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, procedimentos e ferramentas da área, de forma a atingir as metas mensais /anuais do canal de vendas e satisfação do cliente.
Requisitos.
– Experiência em call center (Preferencial); – Fluência no Espanhol (Obrigatório); – Conhecimentos em Tecnologia da Informação (Microsoft Office); – Confiança, Paixão e Energia; – Orientação para resultados.
