We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Contact Center Sales and Digital Marketing Representative to join our dynamic environment! Key Responsibilities.
Conduct outbound sales calls to promote products/services and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies to drive online engagement and sales.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Track, analyze, and report on sales and digital marketing campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing strategies.
Must Haves.
Fluent English proficiency (C1-C2) along with excellent verbal and written communication.
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing (contact center experience is a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (e.
., social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics).
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8.
AM to 5.
PM, in Lisbon.
