Are you ready to take your career to the next level as an Operations Manager?   We seek an Operations Manager (m/f) fluent in English to join our client’s dynamic operations team in Lisbon.
Our client is a leading company specializing in innovative personal insurance solutions tailored for families and employees.
Their expert team assists decision-makers in selecting employee benefits plans, whether standard or custom-made, to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will lead and support a team of 6 to 12 employees, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service in the international health insurance sector.
Your mission is to enhance client satisfaction while driving efficient, client-centered operations.
You will also focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, coaching your team to meet and exceed customer expectations, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Your Responsibilities Include.
onitoring and analyzing activity reports to track performance.
nsuring satisfaction for all stakeholders, including policyholders, partners, internal teams, and external customers.
pholding and promoting quality standards across your team.
ontributing to process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
epresenting the company by preparing and delivering key presentations and meetings.
anaging and resolving client complaints on time.
ollaborating closely with sales managers to further enhance client satisfaction.
anaging customer relationships within your scope, ensuring proximity, satisfaction, and growth.
etting and challenging both individual and team objectives.
dentifying talent within your team and supporting their growth by understanding their training and development needs.
What You Bring to the Team.
roven experience in improving customer journeys, client services, or similar roles.
degree in insurance or management is a strong plus.
emonstrated experience in a managerial role.
xceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
daptability, with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
collaborative team player with excellent listening skills and a commercial mindset that will drive success in your role.
ast but not least, strong communication skills in English.
