Responsibilities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about NoGigiddy services and job opportunities • Assist users with navigating our platform and resolving any issues they encounter • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices Requirements.
