We are seeking to fill multiple upcoming position the candidate with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent support with a go getter attitude, is our ideal candidate. Required qualifications 0-6+ month of Customer service experience - Team first mindset is required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to adapt to change - Must be able to manage multiple tasks and lines of communication - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals - Tech savvy - 40 hours/week in newyork time zone. Additional Information.
Must be able to fluently speak in English and a second language which could be one of the following.
(Spanish/Russian/Chinese/Cantonese/Korean/Turkish among other languages).
Able to commit for at least a year.
