Position.
Customer Service Advisor Start Date.
16th January Location.
Lisbon, Portugal Work Schedule.
Portuguese market.
Monday to Sunday, 24/7 (rotative shifts, including night shifts; 2 rotative days off per week) Work Model.
On-Site Contract Type.
Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) - 6 months, extendable Are you a sports fan with an interest in the online gaming industry? Be part of a high-energy team supporting a popular betting application.
Your role will involve assisting customers with account management, payment inquiries, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Resolve issues related to user accounts, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Provide guidance on app features and betting options.
- Monitor and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements.
- Native-level Portuguese proficiency.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts.
- Prior experience in customer service or online gaming is an advantage.
Compensation.
- Base Salary.
€870 x 14 months - Performance Bonus.
€80 per 12 months - Complexity Bonus.
Not Applicable - Meal allowance.
7,23€ per workday (paid in meal card) Benefits.
