- Proficiency in English and/or German; - Senior-level experience in Helpdesk/Application Support; - Knowledge of incident management tools (such as ServiceNow); - Expertise in problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and log-file handling; - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite; - Strong organization and prioritization abilities; - Proven ability to create and maintain detailed documentation; - Effective team player with a collaborative approach; - Familiarity with IAM/Access Management and data security; - ITIL certification or knowledge; - Agile mindset and experience working in Agile environments; - Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities.
- Provide support for IT service applications, including identity management and other DPS platforms; - Manage incidents and act as a single point of contact, ensuring an excellent customer experience; - Resolve incidents, queries and service requests for access services (2nd and 3rd line support); - Carry out root cause analysis and processing log files; - Perform data processing tasks, including access management interfaces and batch file operations; - Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making; - Create and update documentation, including use cases and process improvements; - Share knowledge with the team to promote collaboration and improve support services.
