Application Support Agent (m/f) – Hybrid (Brussels) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Higher education or equivalent overall experience • A first successful experience in user support • Knowledge In System and Network Administration preferred • Have good analytical skills and quickly understand process • Be solution-oriented as well proactive and reactive to any problem • High communication skills and ensure customer satisfaction • Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment • Some knowledge of JIRA at user level preferred, higher knowledge is a plus • Fluency in English Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
