Dar suporte funcional e técnico aos utilizadores; Analisar logs de sistema e identificar possíveis problemas com as aplicações; Contribuir para a manutenção preventiva fornecendo correções permanentes; Priorizar e entregar um excelente serviço, solução de problemas e resolução de problemas das equipas de negócios; Fazer o acompanhamento do serviço, relatórios e melhoria contínua da qualidade e disponibilidade do serviço.
Perfil.
Formação superior na área das Tecnologias de Informação; Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em Suporte Aplicacional (L1 e L2 support); Bons conhecimentos de Base de Dados (MS SQL, Oracle, entre outras); Fluência em Inglês; Capacidade de análise e atenção ao detalhe; Boa capacidade de comunicação, dinamismo e proatividade; Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa e aprendizagem contínua.
