ManpowerGroup is looking for a self-driven, creative, and proactive IT Operations Support Specialist to join our team.
As an IT Operations, you will provide support to the different users and recommend best practices regarding Operations.
Responsibilities.
Perform the installation, configuration, management and maintenance of computer networks and network equipment taking into account the techniques and procedures underlying the architecture, planning and design of networks, to ensure their correct and safe operation.
Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, peripherals, local area networks, services (email, web, proxy, firewall, etc.), operating systems (Windows-based client and server, and/or Linux) and utilities, according to the needs of organizations and their users to optimize their operation.
Configure, administer and use network management software, user accounts administration and network servers, namely, printing (print server), web and email.
Profile.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn other systems quickly; Strong Excel skills and ability to work with heavy data files; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize workloads and multi tasks; Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines; Ability and will to learn; Proactivity; What we offer.
