Customer Service Advisor Language Requirement.

Monday to Sunday, to (rotative shifts, 2 rotative days off per week) Work Model.

Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) - 6 months, extendable Are you a travel enthusiast with a passion for helping others? Join a dynamic team in providing exceptional customer support for a leading airline company.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with booking inquiries, flight changes, baggage handling, and resolving any travel-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, pricing, and policies.
- Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and changes to their reservations.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and airline industry regulations.
Requirements.
- Native-level Portuguese proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Availability to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
Compensation.
- Base Salary.
€870 x 14 months - Performance Bonus.
To Be Confirmed - Complexity Bonus.
To Be Confirmed - Meal allowance.
