• Atender e solucionar as necessidades dos clientes de forma eficiente e eficaz, por telefone, e-mail ou outros canais de comunicação.
• Fornecer informações sobre produtos farmacêuticos, incluindo características, benefícios, instruções de uso e indicações.
• Processar pedidos de compra de clientes, acompanhar entregas e fornecer atualizações sobre o status dos pedidos.
• Colaborar com outros departamentos, como vendas, logística e regulamentação, para garantir um atendimento de qualidade.
• Identificar e reportar possíveis melhorias no processo de atendimento ao cliente e na experiência geral do cliente.
• Garantir o cumprimento das normas e regulamentos da indústria farmacêutica, incluindo políticas de privacidade e segurança de dados.
• Resolver reclamações e problemas de clientes de maneira proativa, mantendo um alto padrão de atendimento.
Requisitos.
• Ensino superior completo (preferencialmente com curso superior na área de Ciências Farmacêuticas, Biologia, Administração ou áreas relacionadas).
• Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente na área farmacêutica ou de saúde.
• Conhecimento básico dos produtos farmacêuticos e das regulamentações da indústria será considerado um diferencial.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma eficiente e trabalhar sob pressão.
• Facilidade em usar sistemas de gestão e ferramentas de atendimento ao cliente (CRM).
• Proatividade, empatia e foco em resultados.
