A Eurofirms recruta Administrativo de Customer Service (M/F), para trabalhar numa empresa, localizada em Vialonga.
As funções a desempenhar são as seguintes.
Funções.
- Atendimento telefónico a clientes; - Gestão clientes (carteira clientes); - Gestão de reclamações por telefone/ correio electrónico; - Marcação de recolhas; - Gestão de incidências nas entregas/ recolha de mercadoria; - Todas as tarefas administrativas inerentes.
Requisitos.
- Experiência em funções semelhantes e na área dos transportes; - Conhecimentos informáticos na óptica de utilizador, em particular no Excel; - Flexibilidade de horários; - Resistência ao stress e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa.
Horário.
Horário full-time de 40 horas semanais de segunda-feira a sexta-feira, das h às h com as devidas pausas previstas por lei.
Qualificações.
- Escolaridade ao nível do 12º ano.
Línguas.
- Português falado e escrito corretamente; - Sólidos conhecimentos de Inglês; Eurofirms Trabalho Temporário Lda.
Alvará nº de 17 de Julho.
