We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Support Specialist to manage administrative tasks and assist with accounting operations.
This role involves maintaining financial records, handling day-to-day office functions, and supporting the management team with essential data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities.
Accounting Support.
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and tracking financial transactions using accounting software Xero.
Administrative Duties.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, preparing reports, organizing files, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Data Scraping.
Help gather valuable business insights by scraping data from websites, processing data, and assisting in report generation.
Skills & Qualifications.
Experience with accounting software like Xero or similar tools.
Familiarity with data scraping.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
