The ideal candidate for this project is someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to follow instructions clearly and relay information accurately.
Experience with the ACT testing system or technical support roles would be advantageous.
The call is primarily about technical issues with the website, so patience and understanding towards the technical support team is essential.
The preferred time for the call is in the afternoon.
The candidate should have basic technical knowledge to understand the problem.
The expected duration of the phone call is less than 30 minutes.
The expected outcome of the phone call is for the people who you're talking to to fully understand the question and acknowledge what has happened.
The preferred time zone for the call is Eastern Time.
