WEBSITE DESIGN FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO, AND A PRICE FOR BUILDING IT

We are looking for industry standards and relatively low cost and easy maintenance.
The main content is a long list of Items (around 50) and short descriptions with words and then photos and link to videos that we expect to link to from a YouTube channel (please advise?) The website must look professional, be clean and intuitive to use both on mac/pc and on phones/tablets.
When you press on aa item/photo then 3-5 photos of the same item should appear in order to show the item in different ways.
Each of these photos should you be able to click on and then expand to big, high quality photos, and fill the whole (most of) the screen.
So it must be very good to display photography in good resolution.
When you press on the video under the item it should take you to a video site (or be able to watch the video on the site – please advise?) Videos are small clips of seconds.
It would be good to be able to show up to three different videos on each item.
Video has to be fairly high quality, not low resolution in small boxes, but fill most of the screen.
We think that one long scrollable front site may work well (please advise?) There must be a link (with image) on top somewhere to an external website with shop where you can purchase something related to the items, but for this website there is no shop built-in.
But it has to be able to link to one.
Please write your suggestion on how to build it.
language, extensions, plugins, other parts, design, programs to use and provide us a price estimate to set up the raw website so we can fill in the content.
Please also provide a price if you were to provide the whole final website.
This will include (250 photos) (50 text descriptions delivered in MS WORD file) and approximately 100 short video clips.

It may have three rows like below or two or what you suggest.
