WEBSITE CHATBOT WITH BOOKING INTEGRATION

We have an existing website which offers vaccinations for travel, wellbeing and weightloss, customers who visit the site currently book using bookingpres, a wordpress plugin which allows various API connections including zaps.
We are looking to streamline the user experience by educating customers about the correct vaccinations based on their travel itinerary.
This is due to many customers not having the correct information at time of booking and booking either the wrong vaccination or not the correct combination.
To improve the experience and provide the user with informed choices we would like to introduce a GTP powered chatbot that will use data to allow the user to Confirm their choice Add any additional vaccinations based on suggestions  Provide them with useful resource information links  Manage or change booking We will use data from the UK GOV website [login to view URL] which lists all required and suggested vaccinations for the chosen location.

Process  Once the user has confirmed the options the booking will automatically be updated, this can be done using the API or Zapp as provided by Bookingpress For weight loss bookings we will provide a resource site with detailed FAQ relation to eligibility, safety and general advice, the same will be provided for general wellbeing.
Although this conversation will be triggered primarily by bookings we want the bot to be able to interact before the booking takes place with information including validation of our credentials, opening times, vaccination dose intervals and general advice, this will include asking why they have visited the site i.
  travel, wellbeing or weightloss and initiating the sales process from there.
