, vous ferez partie de l'équipe RH et votre mission principale sera de soutenir l'équipe RH dans des domaines variés.
Support au Recrutement Diffuser les annonces de recrutement et effectuer des contrôles; Rechercher, identifier et approcher des candidats sur les réseaux sociaux professionnels; Tri des CVs et lettres de motivation;-Envoyer les CVs aux managers; Mettre à jour les différents tableaux de suivi des candidats; Convoquer les candidats aux différentes étapes du processus de recrutement; Planification des entretiens entre recruteurs, managers et candidats; Participer à des salons étudiants et des forums pour l’emploi; Support à la formation Déploiement des programmes de formation; Planification des sessions d'accueil pour les nouveaux arrivants; Aider à l'organisation logistique des sessions de formation avec des formateurs internes et externes et s'assurer de l'inscription correcte dans le système en collaboration avec le responsable de la formation et les gestionnaires RH; Gérer et suivre de près le processus d'évaluation de la formation; Support RH transverse Aider à la préparation de l'audit.
Aider administrativement l'équipe RH dans la préparation de divers dossiers/présentations et dans le suivi hebdomadaire des actions (suivi du cycle de gestion des personnes, sujets de C&B, rédaction des lettres de nomination, suivi de la facturation avec création de DAs, aide à la préparation de présentations Powerpoint); Gestion des stagiaires, alternants et VIE pour le site.
rédaction des contrats, intégration, suivi des entrées et des sorties, calcul des indemnités Gestion et suivi des ouvertures de postes Participer à des actions touchant à la marque employeur COMPÉTENCES Formation .
Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines.
Expérience .
Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience similaire.
Compétences techniques .
Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques; Bonne connaissance des réseaux sociaux professionnels; Connaissance du Français et de l'Anglais.
Compétences comportementales .
