Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement; Build strong communication channels with your team and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on objectives; Manage staffing, capacity, and workflow, optimizing team productivity and ensuring smooth operations at all times; Act as the go-to person for resolving team-related challenges, such as attendance management, policy enforcement, and conflict resolution; Provide regular feedback and performance reviews, helping your team members grow and develop in their roles; Continuously evaluate team performance and implement strategies for improvement, ensuring that safety and quality standards are always met; Champion employee well-being by promoting wellness initiatives and ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
What you'll need Proven experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment; JUMP Certification for Supervisor completed (internal candidates only); Strong expertise in Google Drive (Docs, Sheets) for effective management and reporting; Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) for clear communication with both your team and stakeholders; Previous experience in Trust & Safety is preferred but not required; Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities, with a focus on finding solutions that benefit the team and company; Excellent analytical and reasoning skills, enabling you to make informed decisions and drive team success; A team player mentality, with the ability to motivate, support, and guide your team to achieve their best.
