Transversal Production (m/f) – Lisbon - Degree in Information Technology; - At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position (Production Support); - General IT infrastructure knowledge; - Being confortable with working on different Operating Systems (Windows, linux - Red Hat); - Windows (power shell, active directory, Event logs, …); - Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable); - Good understanding of the ITIL norm especially Incident, Change and Request Management and practices; - Devops Toolchain (Ansible, Jenkins, …); - Knowledge in RPA (Blue Prism preferable); - God level of English.
