Are you interested in event organization and would enjoy doing it in an international environment? Then this trainee opportunity in our Talent Development team is for you! Job Description As a Training Coordination Trainee, you will learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment.
You will support our team with different training scopes.
In your new role, you will.
* Support the coordination, tracking and management of training activities using our Learning Management System * Provide administrative support to local and global training requests * Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external vendors, participants, program managers and trainers located globally * Support training registration and logistics organization, such as hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, etc.
* Ensure cooperation with external suppliers Requerimientos del candidato/a.

You demonstrate high-quality standards for your work and can establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.
You are best equipped for this task if you.
* Have a degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar * Have experience using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook * Are able to structure your own work within the team * Have experience in events organization, learning management or customer service is a plus * Have experience with SuccessFactor and SAP is a plus * Are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus Please send us your CV in English so we can get to know you better
