TELEGRAM BOT WITH X API INTEGRATION

The bot should allow users to connect their X account via Telegram for posting.
Key features include.
1.
User Authorization.
The bot should be able to post on the user's behalf after they connect their X account.
2.
Post Interaction.
Users can paste a URL of an X post into the bot.
The bot reads the tweet (including images) and displays it inside TG.
3.
Reply Posting.
Users can type a reply in TG which the bot will then post using the user's X account.
The bot needs to utilize the following X API functionality.
1) reading tweets by URL, 2) authorizing the bot to post on the user's behalf, 3) posting on the user's behalf.
Please mention your costs, estimated delivery time, and confirm if you can implement this in PHP, or suggest another language that can interface with our existing PHP scripts.
