What you will do.
Write, test, and document product features according to Critical Manufacturing’s user documentation best practices and guidelines, in order to translate complex information into clear and effective content Responsible for creating technical documentation for assigned product areas Work alongside internal product and technical teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and ensure the accuracy of the documentation Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the documentation meets the needs of the user and is highly available to them Create e-learning content for our Training and Certification Program Manage updates and revisions of the documentation Contribute to establishing best practices and standards for technical documentation within the organization What you must have.
Ability to translate complex engineering procedures into simple and clear instructions Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences Familiarity with tools for writing and publishing technical documentation (e.
., Markdown, Confluence, Docusaurus, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills What we consider a plus (not mandatory).
