Neste momento, estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com um/a Technical Support Team Supervisor (Network), para alocar ao nosso cliente.
O que vais fazer.
- Gestão operacional da equipa e contacto com outras equipas internas; - Apoio técnico à equipa; - Elaboração de procedimentos e documentação técnica; - Elaboração e acompanhamento de KPIs sobre o serviço prestado; - Formação técnica da equipa.
Aquilo que esperamos de ti.
- Background académico na área das Tecnologias de Informação (ou similar); - Experiência como supervisor de equipa técnica; - Conhecimentos de routing, switching, VPNs, firewall; - Conhecimentos de redes de acesso de operador (GPON, Ethernet, MPLS), sistemas operativos (Windows, Linux), VoIP (SIP), redes wi-fi (plus); - Conhecimentos de inglês (plus); - Boas competências ao nível da comunicação e relação interpessoal; - Proatividade, dinamismo e motivação para aprender; - Capacidade de gestão de tempo e cumprimento de timings de entrega; - Orientação para os objetivos; - Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
