Technical Lead (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Up to 10 years of experience in the platform/language/technology/framework to be defined in the service description.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving focus.
• Commitment to delivery quality.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence tools (valued).
• Project experience (valued).
• Language proficiency (written and spoken).
English (mandatory), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued).
• Knowledge of the application technologies.
• “Hands-on" experience with these technologies.
