We are currently looking for a Team Leader based in Oporto BE PART OF OUR EXTENDED WARRANTY MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL TEAM This Team based in Porto city was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market.
ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.
Today German and Italian are our main markets but We have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic and We intend to open England, Sweden and more, until .
Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management request for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.
