Your future duties and responsibilities.
Install, configure, and maintain operating system, software, and hardware Monitor system performance to improve availability and reliability Perform system upgrades and patch management to enhance system security Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Perform backup and recovery operations at regular intervals Utilize ITIL-based processes to obtain capture tasks and obtain approvals Develop and maintain documentation of system configuration Provide technical support and guidance to end-users Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
