The diagrams should focus on.
- Base and foundation - Overall structural stability - Setback from boundary (in compliance with updated regulations) The ideal candidate for this project should have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in creating diagrams for retro compliance.
Knowledge of solar panel support structures would be a significant advantage.
We already have Form 15 for trusses and photos of each stage of construction.
We don't have engineering details of the slab but do have detailed photos (we were originally told by a private certifier that only photos would be adequate!) We have photos of posts, wall and cross bracing.
The building is at Noosa North Shore and fast turnaround is necessary.
