This person assists in supervising the day-to-day operation of the hotel's stewarding department.
As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for the timely delivery and clean-up for hotel functions requiring stewarding, as well as ensuring sanitation in all food production service areas.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to.
scheduling, staff training, and event execution supervision.
