We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media, Brand Development, and Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities.
A.
Brand Development.
1.
Refine and update our brand identity (logo, colour palette, templates, and brand assets).
2.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Develop brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
B.
Social Media Management.
1.
Create, manage, and grow Instagram and Facebook channels, while exploring new platforms like 2.
TikTok to engage younger audiences.
3.
Develop and implement content calendars featuring engaging posts, product launches, and campaigns.
4.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand visibility.
5.
Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement and growth.
Reputation Management.
6.
Strengthen our credibility by managing Yelp, Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and other review platforms.
7.
Respond promptly to messages and reviews in a professional, engaging manner.
8.
Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and handle negative feedback effectively.
C.
Email & Text Campaigns.
1.
Design and execute email and SMS campaigns for holidays, special events, and product launches.
2.
Use engaging visuals, clear messaging, and calls-to-action to increase click-through rates.
3.
Coordinate personalized campaigns to re-engage customers and boost loyalty.
D.
Campaigns and Promotions.
1.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (e.
., Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, etc.).
2.
Craft marketing strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with luxury watch enthusiasts.
E.
Requirements.
1.
Proven experience in social media marketing, branding, and digital campaigns.
2.
Strong design skills with experience creating social media content, email templates, and promotional materials.
3.
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and review sites (Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.).
4.
Ability to analyze metrics and adjust campaigns for better performance.
5.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
6.
Experience with email marketing tools (e.
., Constant Contact).

Knowledge of the luxury or watch industry is a bonus but not required.
