SNOW Technical Analyst (m/f) – Remote What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• 3 years of experience • Excellent functional and technical knowledge of CSM and ITSM modules • Case, incident and request management • Portals and their advanced configuration • CSM model (accounts, contacts, sold products etc) • Agent Workspace • Development skills.
JS, SNOW libraries, Scripted APIs.
HTML/CSS • Good knowledge of the SNOW platform in general and development processes • Knowledge of Quebec or above • Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM and its application in CSM is a plus • Fluency in English Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
