The agent will be providing technical support specialized in IT services, to established performance standards for customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities -Answer calls via service desk -View, analyze and respond to requests -Perform the necessary procedures to solve the problems -Install software and perform equipment improvement modifications -Ensure maintenance, replacements and repairs of equipment What we are looking for · Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & Slovak (C1/C2 level); · Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday 6h30AM to 6h30PM; · Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills; · Prior customer service experience; · Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues; · Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
