Key Features.
- Real-time Communication.
The app should support instant communication between the dispatch center and the workers.
- Task Assignment.
The ability to assign tasks to workers is crucial.
- Status Tracking.
The app should allow tracking of task statuses in real time.
Work Order Interaction.
Workers should be able to view and edit work orders, and create new ones.
Additional Requirements.
- The app should support XML report downloads and work order downloads.
- It should function as a live center where all my workers can log in to see, view, and edit work orders.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proficiency in creating PWAs.
- Experience in building dispatch centers or similar applications.
- Knowledge of real-time communication implementation.
- Ability to integrate XML download functionality.
