Locations Lisbon, Porto, Braga Work Mode Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) Direct contract with the end client Key Responsibilities - Lead and actively participate in technology-driven projects focused on enhancing operations via the ServiceNow platform.
- Plan, execute, and coordinate project activities independently and guide junior team members, adopting an Agile approach.
- Manage client interactions daily, translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable technical solutions.
- Share knowledge and provide training to junior team members to build team capabilities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and provide technical support to both national and international clients.
Requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development, with at least four complete project rollouts.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least two areas (e.
