Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Providing global level 1 and/or level 2 support to users and key users; * Resolving or escalating Incidents; * Contributing to the Service Catalogue maintenance; * Testing monthly releases and upgrades.
Requirements.
* Degree in Computer Science or similar; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow similar roles; * Previous experience with ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript) and ServiceNow Sys Admin; * Previous experience providing user support; * ITIL V4 will be valued; * Moving forward, being proactive; * Listening to people and hearing about their concerns; * Fluency in English; * Knowledge of French is a plus.
