We are looking for a SAP Basis/Functional with the following requirements:

Must have & can be considered as critical prerequisite:
• Minimum 5 years of experience;
• English - C2;
• Experience years as per the identified E-Level;
• Candidate has relevant number of years of operational SAP experience (SAP Basis, technical and/or functional) and knows the way around in the SAP culture and tools (tickets, SAP for Me, etc);
• Candidate is extremely strong in communication in talking (both small talk as well as business talk) & writing;
• Proficient in English is a must;
• Can 'translate' or map information between SAP's technical experts & customer/SAP (senior) management;
• Candidate is very self-confident & empathetic (for both customer's needs & internal colleagues);
• Candidate is resistant against stress & pressure, extremely well organized & can manage his/her time efficiently;

Optional skills which can be considered as beneficial:
• candidate has relevant Service Delivery Management experience & is ITIL certified;
• candidate has a deep understanding of private cloud environment & technologies / parties involved (e.g., hyperscalers, infrastructure, SAP components);
• German language skills;

Outros dados de posição

• The project starts on April 2024.
• Location will be Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid. Candidates must be living in Portugal.
