Descrição: Do you relate with the Mobile Experience? Take the opportunity to work as a Service Operations Support Specialist with a Multinational Company, market leader in Consumer Electronics.O que terás de fazer- Giving support to technical training at Technical Centers in the Mobile area;- Providing first-line support to internal customers and teams;- Monitoring system performance to ensure that all processes are working efficiently, that problems are detected and solved;- Managing occurrences or incidents, identifying their cause and ensuring continuity of operations;- Collaborating with teams from different areas to identify and implement opportunities to optimize operational processes and promote continuous improvements in services;- Produce reports on operational performance and occurrences;- Ensure that all operations comply with the Brand's internal policies and external regulations;- Implement and monitor security measures to protect corporate data and ensure the integrity of operational systems;- Keeping technical documentation up to date with regard to systems, operating procedures and problem resolutions;- Assisting with developing materials and procedural guides.- Support for technical training at Technical Centers in the Mobile area;- Support for quality management of Mobile products.O que precisas de garantir- Degree or equivalent education in Informatics, Management or Economics;- At least 2 years of experience in technical support areas (Mobile, IT or Consumer Electronics);- Fluent in Portuguese and in English;- Management and administrative skills.O que te proporcionamos- Integration in a dynamic team;- Participation in challenging projects;- Performance bonuses;- Free parking;- Birthday off.
