Procuramos um(a) consultor de Service Desk/Desktop Management para um projeto em Mozelos (Distrito de Viana do Castelo).
Quem procuramos.
Formação Académica Superior em Engenharia Informática ou experiência equivalente; Experiência em criar e gerir relatórios para monitorização da operação tendo em conta os SLA's, KPIs e OLAs contratados.; Experiência em gerir o alinhamento entre a Operação e a Gestão do Serviço; Experiência em acompanhar as equipas no terreno assim como fazer gestão de recursos; Experiência com Windows; Conhecimento de Hardware e noções de redes informáticas; Conhecimentos ou certificação ITIL; Noções de redes informáticas; Carta de condução válida em Portugal e disponibilidade para deslocações na região; Capacidade analítica, pensamento crítico e criativo; Responsabilidade, proatividade, autonomia e dinamismo; Disponibilidade para deslocações e realizar prevenções; Capacidade de resolução de problemas e de comunicação eficaz.
