Habilitações Académicas ao nível do 12º Ano; Experiência profissional superior a 3 anos em funções de suporte técnico telefónico, em ambiente de Service Desk; Experiência comprovada em plataformas Windows (Workstation e Server); Bons conhecimentos da plataforma de ticketing ServiceNow; Conhecimentos avançados em redes (TCP/IP), Hardware e acesso/redefinição de senhas; Fluência em Português e Inglês; Boa capacidade de comunicação e orientação para o Cliente; Capacidade de adaptação e trabalho em equipa; Dinamismo e proatividade.
